The record label Blue Note has been embracing the upsurge in vinyl collection. The incredibly versatile guitarist Grant Green recorded an extremely high amount of albums as sideman and leader between 1960 and 1966 and again in 1969 until 1972 when he embraced the influence of James Brown and primarily recorded funk albums.
